07 Nov Turkana Training. Generate Event Reports

The reports generated by Turkana allow you to know the events produced in your parks, which have been registered in the security system.

Within the Turkana Management tool, from the main menu you can access the event report screen:

From here you can generate your reports of events according to park, types of action, reasons for the event, devices … In the following image we offer a brief explanation so that you can get the most out of this system tool.

De esta forma puedes realizar tantos informes como desees filtrando los ítems que más te interesen.

Para seleccionar los ítems debes pulsar las teclas Ctrl + cursor.

Al finalizar tu selección pulsar en Generar informe…

If you do not select any item, all the data will appear in the report that is generated.

You can view the generated report on the screen or view it in PDF.

Clicking on the image corresponding to “obvious alarm” or “uncertain alarm” you will get an enlargement of it.

In this way, Turkana reports are generated. We hope that these indications help you to get the most out of this tool in order to improve the effectiveness of your security system.
